Archaeological Museum of Astros

The Archaeological Museum of Astros is housed in a 19th-century building that was built to host the Karytsiotis School. The Second National Assembly of Astros was held in the school’s courtyard in 1823. The collection of the museum presents antiquities found in various sites of Kynouria, including those found in the Roman villa of Herodes Atticus at the so-called "Eva" site, in the Doliana area.
