Archaeological Museum of Sikyon

The Archaeological Museum of Sikyon located in a section of a Roman bath was restored by Anastasios Orlandos in 1935 and presents the history of the ancient city of Sikyon as well as aspects of the public and private life of its citizens. Among the exhibits, visitors shall find Mycenaean vessels from the Xylokastro area, a marble bust of Apollo evocative of the art of Praxiteles, mosaic floors, and Early Christian and Byzantine sculptures.
