Archaeological Museum of Mykonos

The Archaeological Museum of Mykonos is housed in a 1905 neoclassical building, which was transformed to acquire its current Cycladic visual idiom in 1934. The museum’s collection includes items from the excavations at Rineia, an islet where the extensive necropolis of ancient Dilos was located during the Classical and Hellenistic times, as well as important finds from the island of Mykonos.
