Archaeological Museum of Salamina

The exhibition of the Archaeological Museum of Salamina presents in chronological order finds from the island. Dating from the Late Neolithic era until the Roman- Early Christian times, the objects on display bear witness to the human presence and activity in the homeland of the Homeric King Aias and the tragic poet Euripides. The museum is also home to a sizable collection of funerary reliefs that offer valuable insights into the history of the island.
