Archaeological Museum of Skyros

The Archaeological Museum of Skyros includes exhibits found on the archaeological sites of the island that date from all phases of Αntiquity, starting from the Neolithic period. The Prehistoric Settlement of Palamari, located in the northeastern part of the island, holds a prominent position. A small part of the permanent exhibition of the New Archaeological Museum of Chalkida "Arethousa” is dedicated to it.
