The Archaeological Museum of Avdira presents the history of the city of Avdira from its founding in the 7th century BC until the 12th century. The exhibits depict the way of life and the culture of the citizens of Ancient Avdira, as well as the role that the city played not only in the region of Thrace but in the ancient Greek world at large.
