Epigraphical Collection of Asklepieion, Kos

The Epigraphical Collection of the Asklepieion of Kos sheds light upon the cult of Asklepios, the ancient religion and the sacred laws, through a collection of inscriptions originating in their majority from the site of the Asklepieion. At the same time, the collection illuminates the political and social dimension of the Sanctuary through various exhibits, such as the honorary decrees of the Koan doctors and the lists bearing the names of the winners of the Great Asklepieia.
