Museum of Logothetis Lykourgos Tower

The Lykourgos Logothetis Tower was built around 1824-1827 by Georgios Paplomatas (1772-1821), the leader of rebelled Samians against the Ottoman rule in the revolution of 1821, also known by the name Lykourgos Logothetis. Inside the Tower, there is an exhibition that presents the life and work of its owner, while finds from the Byzantine Castle of Samos, the site of Tigani, and other Byzantine sites of the island are also on display.
