The exhibition of the Archaeological Museum of Arta is dedicated to the foundation, the rise and the fall of Amvrakia, the Korinthian colony buried under the modern city of Arta. The exhibition presents the history of the ancient city through the public and private life of its citizens, cemeteries as well as its destruction during the Roman period.
